Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from our second office in Sousse, Tunisia. We ship Monday through Friday.

Sustainable Packaging 

All orders are packed in sustainable packaging.

Shipping Rates 

The rates will be calculated at checkout by using competitive courier rates. 

Duties & Taxes: all international orders may be subject to duties and taxes. These can include customs and import taxes established by local customs authorities and may be government import requirements. This payment is the customer’s responsibility, and beltrading has no control over this and will not refund customers for any charges incurred.

Standard Rate Shipping

Refund policy

All returns must remain in original, unused, unwashed condition and include all original tags and packaging. Returns must be received at our facilities within 30 calendar days of the original invoice date

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For overseas customers, We recommend sending any returns using a traceable & signature release service. Beltrading is not responsible for any lost packages delivered without a signature or the cost of return shipping you are responsible for the cost of your return shipping.

Proof of Purchase and Refunds

Proof of purchase can take the form of a receipt (paper or electronic) or a bank statement, or if your purchase was recorded against your customer profile, it can be found in our system.

If you have a gift receipt, we will provide you with an exchange or gift card.

Full Priced Products

To ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible, please write your order number clearly on the front of the package, or on a piece of paper inside.

Please allow up to 5 business days after your return has reached our warehouse for the refund to be processed. This timeframe may be extended slightly during holiday and promotional periods. Refunds will only be issued to the original form of payment.

Please note that custom, made-to-order products such as the Framed Prints are not available for returns or exchanges.

Gift with Purchase

In the event of a change of mind return, all Gift With Purchase products must be returned in its original condition with the original purchase.

Clearance Sale Products

Any items purchased during a clearance sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty by beltrading.

Faulty Products

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products, so in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product, please get in touch with us at contact@beltrading.it. We will do our best to get this resolved for you as quickly as possible.

Warranty

All beltrading products have a 6 months warranty from the date of purchase. 

In the unlikely event of a product issue, please provide us with a receipt/proof of purchase and photographs showing the fault within the warranty period.
